To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt, and return the product in the same condition as it left our shop.
You must initiate a return request via email, and if the return is accepted and the part arrives and passes inspection, we will refund the product cost, minus shipping fees.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com to get an RMA Number. Include your order number with the correspondence with any returned items.
We cannot accept returns or restock any items that have been cut, ground upon, drilled, painted, installed/used, or modified in any way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping carriers have time windows in which they will take a claim for a damaged shipment, so please don't delay in letting us know if there is an issue. If picking up a pallet from a shipping dock, please be sure to inspect your parts before accepting the pallet from the dock. If you sign for your parts and discover damage once you get home, the shipping companies will not allow us to open a claim. You have 10 days following delivery confirmation to notify us of any product damage and provide photos/ documentation, after this time period we cannot guarantee we will be able to refund, return, or replace any damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
